Another great one from Dr Campbell who discusses the obvious with graphs, but also mentions the inability to produce vitamin D when you age . Because the skin loses its oil.Which would account for the failing immune system with age. Also mentions that all those dying in Israel from COVID-19 had low levels. What must also be mentioned, is why the brown-skinned doctors in the UK are dying in their sixties while the white skinned in their eighties. This also is the same for the general population. Some very good tips and a few concerns on why UK doctors can't prescribe Calcifidirol the quick-acting vitamin D that bypasses the liver and goes into the bloodstream. www.youtube.com...

Living where I do in central alaska I take vitamin d like they were chiclets.

Doc was surprised that my Vitamin D levels were very good at my 51st year old visit.

Vit D , Collagen , Vit C are all essential as we age .

I feel sorry for people in Prison the least they could do is give those poor saps a Multi-Vitamin.

My son is 5, found some gumi vitamins not the best I know but he asks for his healthy gummis every night before bed. C,D, and Fiber.

There is also calcitriol, which is like a hundred times more concentrated than D3. It is found in potatoes and some other nightshade veggies. It is actually hormone like. Too much potatoes can cause calcification of tendons and cause some stiffening of muscles and arteries because of too much calcium being brought in. Some types of arthritis pain can be caused by over calcification.

Potatoes should not be eaten every day, maybe three to four meals a week. Now calcitriol and calcifidiol have some things in common, but calcifidiol is also used in the body for one other thing, which I cannot remember off hand, so we need some that is just processed by the liver too. Calcitriol is what happens after the sun, liver, and kidneys do their job.

I like potatoes, and know that overconsumption is not good too. There is a different blood tests for D2, D3, Calcidiol, and for calcitriol and potatoes will not show up as contributing for vitamin D2 or D3 The regular test you usually get is for D3. Some do the Calcidiol test to test for liver malfunction if there is a possible problem.

The actual end result of these is how much calcium you absorb from food, and various forms shift where it is used in our bodies. Calcium is used for way more than just making bones, there are calcium channels in cells throughout our bodies. Too much of the active hormone is no good either, moderation is important.

There are some specialists that know way more than I do on each of the vitamin pathways, regular doctors are not specialists, they can help lots of people but often their lack of specific knowledge and people's inability to explain multiple symptoms that are relevant but they do not know apply makes it difficult for a general practitioner to assess things.

Too much vitamin D can also be a problem, some heart meds block calcium channels.

At the height of the pandemic, a doctor named Joseph Mercola
took to social media platforms to say that vitamin D would bolster the immune system, and that getting exposure to sunlight was good for you. He said this could help protect you from covid.

Not only was he branded a disinformation spreader, he was branded the worst disinformation spreader. People demanded he be banned from social media. Some even called for his arrest and incarceration!

The medical mainstream kept insisting that vitamin D would not protect you from covid, and that going out in the sun would give
you skin cancer.

Sunlight is the only way to make sulfated Vitamin D3 , vitamin D sulfate .


But, Surely . . .

The body can convert D3 supplements into D3 sulfate, right? Unfortunately, though our bodies are genius chemists that does not appear to be possible.

There is even more benefits , and not just this vitamin D sulfate. sulfate ,once it has get sun rays creates special gel like substance/water that stays in blood vessels, protecting it...it`s a win-win then.

Our body is like solar panels....

Covid went through our household last year - everyone got it. The moment I started feeling sick I went out in the backyard wearing a pair of shorts and no shirt and sat in a lawn chair barefooted with my feet grounded in the dirt for 20 minutes 3 times a day. After 2 days my symptoms were gone, everyone else was wiped out for at least a week.

Sunshine works, as does "grounding" or "earthing" as the hippies call it

when it first started I was living in GA first thing I did was up everyone in the houses vitamins and we spent at least an hour in the sunshine every day.

Zero illness.

In Canada it will soon be illegal or impossible to buy vitamins and suppliments. The beaurocrats know what is best for health apparantly.

You can legally possess 2.5 grams of heroin in some areas however.

Bill Gates owns most apple cider vinegar production. All apples squeezed come with his new, and improved sprayed peels. Natural remedies have been comprimised.

It seems like we are systematically being put into a state of vitamin deficiency for something.

Are suppliments being targetted in other countries as well?
