I'm just learning that brain computer interfacing chips have been available to the public for several years now, and with a microprocessor and the right software, people are able to set up a number of BCI technologies.

This guy demonstrates several successful experiments, one of which is IoT (Internet of Things) brain data logging, you know, for when you need to log your brain data for the IoT. I guess that would be for if you wanted to control your smart appliances with your brain.

This was the first video I watched. This guy pulls the BCI chip out of a toy and easily hooks it up to an Adrino controller.

This guy makes a brain interface TV remote control.

This guy goes in-depth, and I just learned that a lot of this technology is available from a company called Open BCI.

If not, someone's probably working on it.

They would need more than just this tech though. This tech only passively records brain data. Tech that can upload brain data would be needed, and AI would be needed to help process and generate that brain data.

I guess the next question would be, can a person handle learning an entire style of martial arts in 3 seconds?

Here's the Open BCI website: Open BCI

They have some pretty cool looking gear for sale.

Here's what the WEF envisions this tech will be used for in the future:

Here's some ideas of what governments may have in mind for it:
