That's fair enough. I was really talking about city transport. I should have specified that point clearer.

Oh hey, that's fine.

As long as you can figure out how not to use trucks to get products to the stores in the city, it might work out swimmingly.

I don't live in a city, so I will watch the Youtube disaster videos and contemplate the idea of social Darwinism...

Here is Australia the cost of registration is based on the size of the car. Registration is a lot cheaper for a 250cc motorbike than it is for a big V8. The the cost of fuel also adds up depending on what you are driving.

From a safety point of view the bigger SUV's are popular family cars, sitting a bit higher helps in seeing what is around and being bigger than the other guy helps keep one protected should any collisions happen.

I really miss walking/biking everywhere. It made every day much more enjoyable and improved my quality of life so much.

I'm in the middle of a small town and everything is far away.

I'm not as young as I used to be.

If it's by choice its a blessing, by necessity a curse.

So what actual use would this thing be.

Drive it to work ... um ... I have a briefcase ... it doesn't fit.

Go shopping ... um ... nope ... no place to put the groceries.

What actual use is it other than a toy.
