Its called just the right place at the right time.
The boys head was under the tires and dragged a bit against the floor. But due to the angle of the impact, The car was forced just enough to its left
side causing the tires to roll over the boys head and torso just high enough to press him but not crush him.
First the mom was pushed back as the car slammed into her.
Then the boy was knocked to the ground and had his legs and hip area run over by the right rear tire.
Then what saves him is his back is facing the car as its front tire rolls over his left elbow then arm , Over his back and on to his right arm then
off. That's the ramp effect < >
That's one strong back.
Then the rear right tire runs over the moms right foot and the front right tire over her butt.
