It is, but the funny part is the word play that came out of it. I can understand that its simple that, or that it can go deep on a site like this. just having fun with that notion since everyone is so excited about how obombya care will help us all

because ive heard that 1800-382-5968, the real spelling of (fu*kyou), is a sex hotline,
and the obamacare number is actually 1-800-381-2596 which spells out fu1*kyo and has an extra 1 and no 8

No..just no... This is the number...notice how for this to almost say something you have to ignore the 1

1. You cant order vanity numbers with offensive language in them..Ill send you a copy of the next batch of toll free numbers I order at work and try to request one from all the major telcos .

2. Possible outcomes for the numbers in question , if you leave out the toll free part:
