The Russians haven't been able to master the kind of microelectronics that could be lodged in pellets the size of a grain of salt. Otherwise they would be making smartphones, laptops, comet and asteroid space probes like Rosetta, and Mars rovers. What they have is psychotronic mind-disturbing equipment in satellites that beam down ultralow frequency waves and make people, including religious extremists, behave violently. These extremists will drag everyone into a nuclear war. One can imagine China threatening to use nuclear weapons against neighboring India during the next Indo-Paki war and then using them because they were not believed and they felt they couldn't afford to lose credibility. The ETs won't get involved in order to avoid the disaster because they know they can't mess around with our free will. After the war maybe finally they'll try and see what they can do to help the survivors. Meanwhile the artwork here at this website can be improved greatly by making the emblem of the WW III forum look more like an explosion and less like a piece of cauliflower or broccoli with a hoola-hoop around the waist.

(Besides the fact that you're an idiot because of the helps angels part) The Russian mind control programme used a control chip that was about 3x2 inches and was developed to make people carry out certain tasks. Simple assassination or hacking via theft of physical data chips.

Side C then asks side A to help

Side A then gos to Side D And Sides E F and G

They then agree with side A

Meanwhile Side B has already taken from Side C which they thinks is theirs anyway

So Side A says basically you are on your own but we will Sanction Side B which we hope will stop them
