I got over 2 Million stars uhh???

I never opened much threads over the years since i'm here now on ATS from around 2004.
But how is it possible i got 2,459,026 stars or the number of threrads i created.
My count is around 80. But here on my avatar i read 394.

A short time ago the whole makeup of this site was changed.., maybe that created some bugs???

None of the numbers under your name are valid except for the number of posts you have made.
Ignore everyones stars and flags and wats and karma. It's meaningless at this point ....

There is a tear in the space time continuum caused by the new site rollout.....i believe.

A mod will be by shortly to tell you what's up, I'm sure.

The stars and other stuff doesn't mean much but I have wondered if it influences when someone gets banned.

There is another member who the same thing must have happened to that is pretty brash when posting. With as many post infractions I have seen him/her get it makes me wonder how they are still around.

If it does influence banning then they can pretty much post with impunity.

I smell a conspiracy! Seriously though, with ~400 posts, you'd be averaging over 5000 stars per which seems unlikely. I've seen some similarly hard to fathom numbers and I've been chocking it up to a bug.

If Im not mistaken, its just a "glitch" that showed up after the site change. We have seen it before.

And I am sure it does not effect banning and such.

I tend to think the same with mine...

Seriously though, I know the Staff directly handling that area of things are trying to get to the bottom of the issue. If you would, please drop a note through the complaint/suggestion link so it may be flagged for the appropriate folks to take notice of. Thanks!

Mine is messed up to. It shows I have about 3,500 stars when, in fact, I have over two million. Maybe this will be repaired soon, it makes me look like a noob.

Ahhhh. I didn't think of that. Some of the staff and members here now, could be posting from an alternate universe. Those with star counts like the OP are crossposting into our universe, and those from our universe are crossposting into theirs. Wow. This could be catastrophic.
