Twitter icon leads to Curiosity Rover. I bet they have found out that there has been Oceans on Mars. But we already know that. Or maybe some microbes.

My guess is will be related to Panspermia Given the evidence of Mars' former wetter past its not an illogical step in life's journey

Today, October 2nd was the end of a conference/workshop with all interested parties on the feasibility of capturing an asteroid and putting it into orbit around the Moon, and to be used as a way station to Mars. Maybe they have decided to go ahead full steam, and that this will be the announcement. Also in November two HD video cameras that will allow people to see things on Earth will be mounted on the ISS and pointing them toward Earth and operated by a private enterprise in BC.

NASA should be ashamed of themselves for taking the public's trust and turning it in to a three-ring-circus.

NASA is supposed to be a 3 ring circus. They aren't the real space agency, just a public facade. The real space program is going on somewhere behind the scenes with more advanced technology.

NASA is the boy who cried "wolf". I'll not be getting excited in the least. No matter how "Earth-shattering" they claim their announcements are, they have yet to deliver. If the Earth actually shatters, I'll consider waking up.

The site looks like make for scam, even the art for it doesn't seem to be with ouch effort put into drawing it...

We found oxygen on Mars! Or 'we took a pebble from the red planet'. BS, if NASA were to reveal anything, it would not happen as the leadership would disallow it. So in other words, NASA revealing secrets cause gov shutdown? Never..

I can make a site in 15 mins claiming that Christ will return and link to the Vatican and the Pope.

Would you then also think it's legit because I have the links on it?

Also..NASA would use a *.GOV domain and there is no reason WHY NASA would need to collect emails or make a site announcing an announcement in the same way as this scam site.

NASA would also not need to hide their domain information as is the case here.
