Amen to that statement-Warning to anyone firing up this video at the 4 minute mark the audio turns on so turn turn your headphones to super low volume.

I think the object's movement is significant-the camera isn't moved and even if it was it wouldn't create that type of trail effect. The object also clearly changes direction several times-and assuming it's not a CGI effect the first video shows no wind on the windmill. If this was not a controlled craft it wouldn't have moved they way it did several times.

I have also a 4 minute AVI 3 Gb and it twice as big as ISS

this may have been the same thing mine had a rotation of 1 to 2 second

ISS does not rotate
