If I were one to do such things, and wanted to get a message out to the people, I'd have YouTube modified in such a way that every video you tried to watch would re-direct and play the same message.

Perhaps this is what almost occurred.

For me, youtube has been good for the past few months. Then today it just wouldn't load even a 1:00 clip.
