May the price of freedom never been taken for granted.

For my brothers and sisters who...

...Completed your service without serious injury like I managed to, let's thank our lucky stars and count our blessings.

...Left the service with injuries, may you bear them with pride, for they are a badge of honor earned in service to the people of our nation.

...Are no longer with us, who fell in battle or in the years since, you leave behind at least one countryman who will be hoisting a toast to you when the sun sets on Veteran's Day, as I have these many years.

...Are now on active duty, in service to your country, stop slacking off reading posts on ATS and go out there and kill a few people, for crying out loud.
