Nope! I guess your opinion`s as good as mine.

If ATS was a front for Freemasonry I would have been banned shortly after joining, let alone for a good period afterward. (and no I haven`t gone to the dark side lol ) I still believe that there is a secret society within a society with secrets.

Some moderators are masons but the moderators, Super Mods and Admin come in all different shapes and flavours of belief, which reflects our global online membership/community.

I`ve seen stiffer rules applied to the SS forums because of gang like tactics etc that many people were fed up with.

I`ve been around a long time to see people come and go and how the site operates and could easily have jumped to the conclusion that you have on a couple of occasions in the early years.

One of the occasions was getting a fine from a mason Moderator for over quoting in a thread conversing with masons where the quote was only a one line sentence lol , I laughed and shrugged it off , I`m sure I gave them the irrits but I can do that to anyone.

The other was a quite a bit more serious and still gives me the creeps today, in a some what lengthy and sometimes heated discussion on whether a Christian can be a mason, I found a Mason web site that stated that "in the true definition of a Christian one cannot become a mason" so I linked to it, a couple of years latter I got a fine and a red warning because someone had reported that the link I posted was a porn site. The site no longer existed and had become a porn site.

Even still in those circumstances I never jumped to the conclusion that this site is a front for freemasonry and I`m glad in many ways we have the masons here on the site, for one thing they are mainly very well educated and researched.

The Admin goes to great lengths to create a great site which we use for free, so if you were in their shoes I`m sure you`d get a bit peeved if people threw out wild accusations against you.

Whoever or whatever ATS was created by and run for originally is really moot now isn't it?

We all now know the NSA and GCHQ are running just about every popular forum like this on the net.

What...you think their activities are confined to simply watching and recording?

That was ridiculous, he didn't call you a liar & as for no proof many of the threads on this site have no conclusive evidence behind them; how do you know you can trust your entire staff? Perhaps only some of your staff are aware of this (theoretical) hidden agenda? It may be it's going on & you don't even know about it. Perhaps they decided you were too emotionally involved in what this site claims to be about to even consider telling you the truth? I don't know, but i do know we as human beings should question everything.

Possibly the single most stupid thread I've ever read.

I've only been back on the site a couple of days after a much needed break and yet the level of sheer idiocy on display is starting to get me down again already.....This species is in serious need of some culling.

With all due respect, sir. This reason still doesn't make sense to me. Are we not a site of adults? I mean, I'm mature enough to ignore a couple posts that are not informative or not on topic. So I still don't see why the whole thread has to be trashed..

There has been MANY times were I find myself reading a very good thread with tons of interesting and informative information or just plain ol good conversation/debates. With one or two posters barely violating the t&c's. then the next thing I know the whole thread has been 404'd...that's really frustrating and not fair to those of us who take the time to click and read some of these threads and its especially not fair to the OP who takes their time/research/ and energy to produce the thread.....are we not a site of adults? So the reason you give for 404ing a thread is really a cop out IMO..

I already awknowledged the fact that it is against T&Cs , maybe you shouldve read my post, I asked why it is against the rules, there is no good reason.. If we made talking about rabbits against t&c no matter how frowned upon it is its still a stupid rule.. But thanks for that anyway .. Love the way my post with the 2 videos of people taking about corruption on ats was deleted ? I never actually believed them but by removing the information its like your trying to hide something there where no terms and conditions breached in that post ?

I am not a Mason nor part of any organization.

I have had great luck with being able to bring up touchy topics with Masons and avoid getting attacked by them. Same with anyone of any group usually, but it depends.

Perhaps it is because when I share information with people (including Masons), I do it in an academic fashion and I avoid making accusations against them particularly?

I have found that being nice to people and treating them with respect has led many of them to respect me as well.

Anyways, just remember to be respectful and share info in non-provocative ways if possible.

You gotta love threads like these because they show you exactly who treat this site like one big ARG. They come on here complaining about ATS being run by Secret Society X/Government Agency Y/liberals pushing the gay agenda/etc and it's just a front to pass on disinformation. So what do they do after their big rant? They continue posting on here. If these people were actually concerned with the truth wouldn't they want to get their thoughts and theories away from the site that is maliciously controlling information? They are using the site as a form of escapism and to that end they have placed themselves smack dab in the middle of one of the biggest conspiracies in the world. You see this in a lot of the doomsday threads as well. People give every indication that they don't actually believe in what they're saying but they continue to spur off these claims as truth because it helps take away from the drudgery of real life.

I don't remember verifying my age when I signed up.

I am afraid ATS is composed of all nationalities, ethnicity, and yes, all ages as well.

That is why we are asked to post in a fashion that would be promoting the well being of the younger folks who read this forum. You don't have to but it is probably for the best in the long run.

1) Ask questions.

Then
2) Go look for answers in actual books / source documents / real-world architecture, etc.

That's how you find "the truth".
It actually is the real answer.
