Is it possible to send 1 u2u to several members ?

I'm not exactly a newbie but I've never come across this before.

I'd like to check on friends that may have been caught up in tornado

Is it possible to send one u2u to multiple members.

I'm not sure I have ever tried it but... if you can, it's likely the same as with emails.

You should ask Slayer69, I remember him asking that same question a few years ago.

As I recall it's not possible to prevent spamming.

However it's against the T&C:

2f.) Private Messages: You will not use the private messaging system (U2U) to send mass messages to multiple member accounts. All private messages are subject to these terms and conditions, violations will result in immediate account termination. You also agree that "U2Us" (Private Messages) are confidential. You will not post or publically display U2Us received from ATS staff or any other members, in any way, without the written permission of the author. The Owners, at their discretion, may review the content of your private (U2U) messages when, and only when, complaints are received from the recipient(s) of your messages.

write one message,
then copy it and paste it in u2u's to each member you are concerned about.
as your subject matter is genuine, you'll probably skirt by the T&C's.
i also hope everybody's ok!

I don't think it's allowed, but you can always type your message on your clipboard or notepad and repeatedly copy and paste it sending it to each individual.

One of my girlfriends in Missouri sent video to my daughter of what the weather was doing outside her window- it was horrible and looked ripe for nastiness. I hope everyone in the path of the storms are prepared and make it through safely.

To be honest, I was a little hesitant to reply because I really didn't have a firm answer... but then with some thought, I figured, what the hey... best way to find out of the muffler pipe is hot is to lick your finger and slap some flesh to it, lol!!

I am fortunate to be far enough south that we are only catching the tail end at the very bottom of the system so no tornadoes for me this time. Just a little rain and some blustery wind which is what we've been getting for a few days (the wind). I have relatives in Texarkana that are supposed to be slap dab in the middle of it, but so far no word- and in this case no news is good news.
