Wow, so much required by executive & justice process anymore right up to Supreme court... not anymore though!

Federal prosecuter whats his name above says the reason why is they're worried about could be other co-conspirators. What in the world does that mean and have anything to do with the required protocol??

Americans seem passively accustomed now to their constitutional & legal protection being eaten away on daily basis by apparently a totally immune agenda.

People used to have the right to remain silent, now they have only the right to be silenced.

Who cares right? i mean they got the """Terrorist""", America is safe because if things like this, haven't you learned by now?

Yeah.. no need for protocols... Obama recently signed crap that says US can assasinate any US citizen deemed a threat to US security (not the first time).... "'Enemy Combatant" status skip the investigation and go right into prosecution, torture, federal capital punishment..

It still boggles the mind as to why so many people either don't know or don't care that the walls are closing in on them. I just don't get it.
