Correspondence with my MP – Civil servant and bankers terms and conditions of employment

“I have always believed that Government should be equal in its treatment of people, but I am very disappointed at the cavalier attitude taken by the Government to the terms and conditions of employment for civil servants, as compared to the utter failure to limit bonuses paid to bankers at the tax payer owned banks.

Please explain why this Government continues to attack the terms and conditions of civil servants and when this Government will use it majority shareholding in tax payer owned banks to impose changes to the bankers’ terms and conditions, with same vigour it applies to civil servants.”

I had received a reply that my MP has asked The Rt Hon Francis Maude MP to comment.
