Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

You can not accuse the president/democrats for being weak at the same time you are making a concerted effort to block any efforts at all. The republicans even on popularly supported issues have put party before country - EVERY SINGLE TIME -- they should be ashamed of themselves, very ashamed.
