Singer Patti Page has passed away at the age of 85. Miss Page was the #1 Female Vocalist in the 1950's. Her beautiful voice gave rise to many wonderful songs and made her a star. This wonderful and talented lady will be missed by those who remember her. May she sing with the angels!

My mother used to love her. I still have a few old LP's that I saved when my mother passed. May have to take them out and give them a turn. Good memories for me.

When I was growing up my friends father collected Patti Page lp's...I love her voice...it is so soothing and beautiful.

I bet she is in heaven singing now!

She left behind her music for us to enjoy and listen to; what a blessing.

As a young child my favorite song was "How much is that doggie in the window".

Oh what memories,

Getting a little teary eyed here. I miss my mom. She loved to sing. We would sit at nite before bed and she would play that song for me. Probably one of the first songs I knew the words to.

Never heard of her myself, but good luck in the next verse!

How much is that doggie in the window
The one with the waggely tail
How much is that doggie in the window
I do hope that doggies for sale

I don't want a bunny or a kitty
I don't want a parrot that talks
I don't want a bowl of little fishes
You can't take goldfish for walks.

I know their is more to the song, I just don't remember.

Wow, That was really a blast from the past to remember those words.

Oh jeez, I fear it's gonna be one of thoses "Remember When" days.

Gotta remember the Kleenex
