I've recently fortuitously discovered an interesting mixture of body and hand Mudra and for fun, decided to call it the Surya Lock. If you're a Yoga/Tantra practitioner, you'll probably like it. Without using a yoga jargon, let simply say that this posture will increase your level of well-being.

The posture: comfortably lay down straight on your belly, cross your lower legs by placing your left shin over the right calf the and join the two pinky toes together (important). Now, make the pran mudra with each hands BUT don't join the middle and index fingers together and place the two hands on each side of the head. Immobility is crucial and the longer you perform it, the better the results will be.

If I understand correctly, the middle and index finder would form a V-shape then?
When you are resting your hands next to your head, should the fingers face any particular way?

Thanks for the help

That is correct and the three other joined distal phalanges can point toward the sky/ceiling or the head.

looks like an upside down version of the hanged man from the tarot cards!
that card indicates the end of something old,and the beginning of something new.
breaking old behavior patterns.
coincidence?

Strange coincidence... The surya lock fills your body with prana, btw.
