Is It illegal to wear body armor?

Most bulltet proof vests can take some high caliber slugs......A 22, would be like a rubber bullet bouncing off a wall.

A lot of this has to do with that fact that it's the Monroe Police Dept. They have to deal with some real slime.

Because it keeps ordinary people safe, that's why its illegal.
