It shows full size on my member page but only 3/4ths on posts of mine

Can anyone assist?

You need to make sure your avatar/background meets the ATS AVATAR/BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS - HERE

Right now, yours is 240x240 which is too wide...

170 max width...



or this one is cropped on the left and right, but retains more of the original image size...
