Did Jesus ever experience or go through periods of doubt?

Following this logic, Jesus Christ was faithful to the sacrifice he knew had to make, so was it Father that almost lost faith? Or was Heaven assuming that Father was losing faith? Was Jesus Christ pleading with Father not to destroy his future, physical kingdom?

No, father wasn't losing faith. It was just his actions, that made the others think this. At that time he felt the physical and emotion pain of Brother.

Just like when the others decided to go with the one not spoken, Father went into his chambers alone, and no on knew what was going to happen next.

This proves this much: Angels are not perfect, and the love of Father and the Son run deep, very deep.

Correct, angels are not perfect they make mistakes in actions, and mistakes in judgement. The judgement would be trying to please too fast, without seeing all parameters like Father does.

Also in trying to leave here because man does not hear or abide by their guidance.
