There were many street parties and community events over the few days in my town and surrounding areas with no trouble at all, despite the miserable weather! I have no particular opinion on the royal family myself but to see neighbours and entire communities come together in such a way with smiles all around then I would say it was a big resounding YES it was worth it

To me it wasn't worth it.

I have never followed anything about the Royal Family so didn't celebrate this event, I think it was a waste of money..imo
