i don't know about you guys but i found this article about antarticas heat rising from -9 degress a very high to antratica to like 3 to 4 degress thats a huge jump for antartica

im sorry i cant display the articlemy son did somthing so the web site wont display its full url i tried everything to get it back

also about a fairly large chucnk of ice floating down the bottom of new zealand on stuart island!

i need information people

The sun just rose in Antarctica for the first time in several months. I'd expect a jump in temperatures. Now, the question remains: What temperature scale are you using?

The ice sheets in Antarctica have been breaking up for several years now. Icebergs in the south seas are to be expected. So long as you live in New Zeland and not on a boat that circles around it every week or so, you've nothing to worry about.
