No Ice Ice Baby!

I have had servers use their fingers to remove ice, you can imagine my reaction. I have had servers pour off "some" of the ice and leave the cup 2/3 full, and tell me they could not get any more out, my answer is "then pour me a new drink with no ice please". I have had the cup handed back to me repeatedly with nothing removed, until I demanded to speak to a manager.

I have even had a cup returned to me filed to the brim with ice, and only the spaces between the ice filed with my drink, I returned my order, refused to pay and never went back there.
