Yeah that would be the spooks alright.Few soldiers kill so indiscriminately.If nobody's watching them it can get real ugly.Like in South America.

Drone strikes ARE a terrorist act... just like 9/11 - demolishing whole building, killing thousands indiscriminately.

DEFINITELY US's signature style of waging war -with WOMDs.. the irony, the grand global HYPOCRISY of it all!
