I would love to see a collection of failed predictions on ATS, and yet i can not find one.

Anyone want to help me make one?

Yes!
Just look for any prediction and you will see they all have failed.
Any naysayers?
I say prove me wrong.
Hope it helps

The best place to find them is here. They're already organized by date of the last post for your easy reading.

If I predict someone will attempt to prove you wrong and then call that a self-fulfilling prophecy, would I prove you wrong?

It is easy to make a vague prediction.
I predict an earthquake somewhere in the US this month!

As for predicting a ?.? earthquake on a specific date and time and place, nope.
