'Horsetail is so uniquely situated that I don't know of any other waterfall on earth that gets that kind of light,' said Michael Frye, who wrote the book 'The Photographer's Guide to Yosemite.'

At a certain time of year the sun catches this waterfall just right and it turns into what appears to be lava and its one of the only waterfalls in the world to be situated at just the right angle,stunning and please enjoy

Yes the one thing that never ceases to amaze me is good old mother nature,and these are nothing short of stunning
,you can only catch this for a couple of days of the year so that makes it even more special

This is my favourite because there is hardly any light left and the water is still so vivid

yes light that hits it at a certain angle for only a couple of days a year
