Pier Luigi Ighina

Pier Ighina was quite a scientist making many discoveries that seem to go unnoticed by the scientific community. As a matter of fact, I hadn't heard about him until last week. But strangely enough, Pier Ighina made many similar discoveries just like I've made in the past.

He talks about the earth and how its negative in nature and how the sun is positive in nature, similar to my discoveries. This man even used this technology to make it rain, as a matter of fact, a race track in the vicinity was getting quite ticked off with him and his experiments because he made it rain on the days they used the race track.
