A miserable place to be honest lol
I love it though...
I love the area i'm in its 20-40 years behind everything!
Which is frustrating when you try to play catch up with the rest of the world...
But it has its benefits too

congrats .i am lucky to live in medium sized town close to major city and have had quiick internet for loadsa years,but remember how good it was to start.i know how much i will miss it when someone turns it off under the pretense of piracy and terrorism.lol.my encarta cds are very out of date

Wowee, and I thought it sucked when I get rate limited to 256kbps after going through my 100/100gb caps!

Seriously, I'm always upgrading my plan and then downgrading it when I've got a full month.

dialup... and not even 56kb! Oh man, I'd be feeling like I was still using an old 300baud modem!!

back in the days when you had to initiate downloads from a BBS and specify what protocol, xterm/zterm, etc..

Go to icanhascheezburger.com... and spend an eternity giggling like a schoolgirl at the cats!!

(i tried to download that entire website once, after many hours I gave up... it's HUGE!!)
