This is a sick story. What have things come to that makes someone feel this is an option.?





LAREDO, Texas - A mother who shot and critically injured her two children and then killed herself had for months tried unsuccessfully to qualify for food stamps, Texas welfare officials said.

Didn't ATS come out with a thread talking about how they're sick of all the replies that say nothing but "OH ANOTHER THREAD HAS THIS"?? this subject was new to me, and apparently also to the other people that starred and flagged the post.
