Here is a video about a ufo and coincidentally there were strange patterns on radar that day. Can someone explain this?

That happens when high powered radars point at each other.

Or jammed, receiving some kind of interference by a similar emission.

Radar Anomalies

We all know Area 51 exists and more than likely they've got a radar and some jamming equipment there.
