I just wanted you to say the reason you hate Ahmadinejad so much , you refused to tell me

Well I can't speak for Beez, I'm sure you'll have an answer but...

I don't hate the guy. He drives me up the wall sometimes with his over the top rhetoric and he acts very unstable sometimes not to mention his predilection with irrelevance. See, here we have a guy representing the Iranian Government that supposedly "Came to the Rescue" of the Hostages...

Meanwhile back at the ranch [And in the Past] he himself was once upon a time part of another Embassy hostage taking.

Question: Is this some sort of Iranian political leadership right of passage?

My issues are with Santa's evil twin on the right, The behind the curtain mystical Wizard of Oz Supreme leader. Because nothing really get's done in Iran without his say so to the minions...

No?

Hmmmmm.....

However, regime hard-liners have spoken out in support of the protesters, reflecting the deepening power struggle over which direction Iran might take in the future. Mohammad Mohammadian, a representative of Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, praised the attackers, saying they had targeted the "epicenter of sedition." Iran's Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani said the "wrath of (the protesters) resulted from several decades of domination-seeking behavior of Britain."

Britain expels Iranian diplomats, closes embassy

Starting to look like this whole thing was staged,in accordance to the "Leaders" wishes......If not,he sure as hell approves.

I bet you NO ONE is getting arrested. Why would you arrest people you PRAISE????

I stand corrected.

Britain's response was far and away better than the one I advocated of sending in the SAS/SBS and standing their ground.

It's a MUCH better idea to "git while the gittin' is good". Sends a pretty clear message and gets he diplomats and staff out of the potential crossfire.

You want to rough up diplomats? Fine. We'll pull the diplomats out, then, and then you've got NOTHING. No dialog, no potential hostages, NOTHING.

Britain!

I didn't answer the question because my like/dislike is irrelavent. I opined about the attack on the embassy as being staged.
The OP has refuted that assertation by talking about jews, my personal opinion of political leaders, and has not touched upon the central theme that the students attacked with (I asserted) the full backing of the political leadership.
I only have to cite 1979 as an example.

Here is mine :

I don't think he's the guy in the hostage crisis.

+ I just thought that all the debates should continue by logic and proofs. Not by bringing funny pictures.

Wrong.
You quoted the wrong guy,and the wrong pic. I didn't present those pics. I presented a hanging pic, that you never rebutted.

I also stated that those in power, have "praised" the students actions. For a regime that cares nothing for an others country's sovereignty, their citizens, you are going to have a hard time making me believe that they do,when they back TERRORISM,or these kind of acts.

I know I can not convince you. No one can.

But trust me , problems in Middle East are created , looked and solves differently in Middle East.

It flows through the atmosphere.

We have different ways of looking to things and different ideology.

There are some fanatics that can not be known until they do something. Then it is the time to know and prevent more damage.

You maybe think Ahmadinejad decided to take over the embassy , then you're wrong.
You maybe think Ayatollah Khamenei decided to take over the embassy , then you're wrong.
You maybe think Larijani decided to take over the embassy , then you're wrong.

A group of fanatic people that come from the underground and go to the underground.

Just following their own rules and respecting their own laws.

The equation to salvation is found and solved far different than what you think.

I just respect their rules but I think they should learn to respect other people rules and rules of the society.

I think that there are those that use scriptures,or the Koran,to placate evil,in the name of God.

I believe there are those, who will do anything,to stay in power, especially in Iran.

I believe the embassy protesting could have been stopped a lot sooner, just like peaceful protesting was stopped by the hardline regime of Iran.

I am NOT wrong.
