I thought it was the stuff added at the bottom for the ATS Games like FTR.

The games material was new to me too, and the rules are well enough explained there. I didn't observe any changes in general TOS.

I hope ATS does not "evolve" into a games site, but who knows.

I don't think it will. It was easy enough to ignore the Rings thing. I'm not saying it wasn't a good thing or a bad draw, just not my thing.
