I love freedom and rights, but the judge was right. There are laws in place that say you cannot sleep in the park. Freedom of speech does not usurp
that law, as it is not a freedom of speech to sleep somewhere. What I also think, however, is that people SHOULD be allowed to sleep in the park if
they want to, and that the law that says they cannot is a piece of legislature that was made, with good intentions, to control people and make the
public a better place. Fact is, we need less laws like that, less government, and less spending. And I think that's what OWS is all about....
Anyone agree with me about all of this or disagree? I'd enjoy hearing your views.
