Emotions such as anger or hate keeping what is seemingly bad for us away, love keeping us together for whatever good reasons seem to make sense.
Stress is very good for us as it helps achive tasks.
But addiction?
Is the debate on how addiction is helpful just revolving around things like there is no evoultion, and it was just with us and wasn't a problem?

things)
What's your opinion on this? How does addiction help with survival? Or is it just there to rule out the weak humans from the strong? (Techincally

A good analysis of Addiction is given in the first section of Zietgeits moving forward which I just happen to be watching now .

I had a cat that was totally addicted to Wiska's crunchies, and would attact me if I didn't give it him! I hear that the saliva of that person
you're attracted to, contains an addictive hormone.
It's not addiction that I question so much in the human condition, but the urge for self destruction.
