I would like to know what part of the country this was filmed, because it looks like a lightening bug(firefly) to me.

Ok.

Firstly "orbs" do exist. They are not spirits or ghosts, merely plasma and are extremely rare and last microseconds.

Secondly...

This is clearly a bug. The camera is using an IR lightsource so when the bug gets in the right area it lights up bright as it reflects the light, then continues on. Watch closely, you can see it moving after it stops reflecting the light.

It can't be an orb as you can still see the black object move towards the guy on the right side's leg.

That does look like a firefly to me...but I have seen many of the so called orb's, and I for one believe they are some form of electromagnetic energy.
