Prince Hall Masons Vs. Scottish Rite Masons... What's the difference?

I have a simple question... What are the differences between Prince Hall Masons and Scottish Rite Masons, other than one is African American and one is predominately white. Do they practice and believe in the same things?

Well, that's it... just that question.
