Gosh! How much more insanity are Canadian's going to take before holding their officials accountable for violent actions. Canadians should be outrage by such violent actions. I still remember the protesters who were blamed and beaten by officers for the G20 meeting summit but later proving innocent. Then there is the North American Union plan to integrate Canada with the United States, which their government approved because Canada's economy is dependent on the U.S. importing it's goods.

When is enough going to be enough! Why aren't people up in arms about news like this... My thought is that this type of under covered material is kept quiet by the mainstream media. So we should become the media and begin to network out to get this stuff further and faster than ever! We need to awaken a small army of journalists to end the monopoly that the main stream have a strangle hold on!

They were not using lethal methods you can tell by the muzzle flash or lack there of.

Still hurts like a _____ though!

Im from toronto. the G20 disgusted me. I have two friends who were detained like animals, for absolutly nothing. Being in the wrong spot at the wrong time. Whats even worse is they were beaten.

Its just sick, and theres nothing we can do to stop the largest gang on earth.

The crowd of journalists was clearly a serious threat, and the woman was a violent aggressor that needed to be neutralized, by means of bean bag or rubber pellets.

This was a grouping of unruly, dangerous terrorists that wanted to break windows and rape children in the streets.

If you don't agree with this use of force, please contact your local Canadian authority, and leave a message with your full name, address, and profession.

Are you sure that it was the woman who got shot? If you look towards the end at 15 seconds you see a guy wearing a black shirt further back behind the woman is rolling on the ground.

I'm not sure who got shot, but someone did. The title was from the person that posted the video.

Just shows that the US doesn't have a Monopoly on Police State aggression tactics.

That's right, we here in Canada have our fair share of gung-ho monsters with badges.

There were so many laws broken by police during the G20 that there are still ongoing cases in the courts.

The real trouble will begin when the NAU becomes official and both Police States join forces against us. After all, we are all terrorists in their eyes and if we wait a little longer, there will be even more freedoms taken away in order to protect THEM from US.

Doesn't matter tho, they can only win a battle, not the war.

Um, which woman got shot?

The one standing right in front of the police officer was not the target. We also don't see her get hit (or shot at all).

Right before the camera cuts (nifty editing to try and claim whatever they want btw), there is a body wearing all black (different colour from the clothes the women is wearing) laying on the ground approx 15-20 feet behind wear the woman was standing.

Edit to add:

Here is a screenie of the target on ground.

The only thing this video is a good example of, is that slanted reporting comes from both sides of the fence.

Yes all the protesters here were very peaceful just minding their own business and not acting threatening at all. If I remember correctly they were all carrying candles and quietly humming sad tunes.

It really doesn't help the cause when scam footage like this is presented. It only raises sympathies for the police.

The title is obviously false. The woman did not get shot at all; let alone point blank. There is no context for the footage: date? place? event?

It is a serious fact that we are becoming a police state. The shyksters who put this video out are not helping the matter.

You all fail to realize that when you say there is nothing you can do you are wrong.

You can do it illegally. When you start realizing that the rules are in place to stop you fighting back making the rules obsolete when your life or personal safety are on the line.

Your right as a human regardless of law is that your own life is YOURS and protecting it is YOUR responsibility. No one elses.

That means what ever you need to do you do. It means just being a little creative with just a hint of violence back.

I grew up with the message being "never provoke a fight or strike someone first, but as soon as a hand is laid on you then return it with extreme vengeance"

Most of you will sit with open mouths slighting me now, but you will see that they will never stop beating, killing and destroying us unless they feel the fear we do.

Here's a thought, how about not getting up in the cops face? They are not there to take out civilians and if you leave them alone they will just stand there looking stupid.

If you want to press the issue that's up to you but you have to be prepared for a well trained response.

There are many protests all over the country that go off just fine because people do not act out but speak with just their presence. It's when people start getting radical with the police, like it's their fault, that the police react back.
