There's no "justice" served. Serbia was told to arrest him and so they did. Only reason this guy remained to live in Serbia is because he had a good life going, he was well protected by the police, politicians and intelligence. He was and still is a political tool ever since he magically became a general. This nobody was then given entire army to command and he then simply walked into Srebrenica, did what he was told to do, ate and drink with UN officials and went home to have a good life with his family.
Now he's doing last parts of his job - there's always a "catch" when you do dirty work for politicians.

Pretty similar to Bin Laden. And recently arrested Karađić is the same story, he's now trying to prove how he had a deal with Solana but they wouldn't arrest him if they didn't take care of all the evidence. Its pretty much common knowledge here that its all planned out but it doesn't seem to really bother people too much. Populace is just like anywhere else, if you give em food and shelter so they're happy you can pretty much get away with anything.

Everything started with Muslim Bosnian started to kill serbs and burn down villages around Srebrenica, with the command of Naser oric. I got family who got killed there 4 or 6 family members , 3 of them got buried in "Bosnian Muslim Srebrenica massacre Graveyard" and they claim his body as his own and not as serbian (Disgusts me)

Alot of people in the west seem to forget, since was a ethnic country, Srebrenica was one of the villages that was pretty much ethnic.

Srebrenica before the war, serbs and Muslims lived normally there were no ethnic tensions.

Alija Izetbegović is the one man responsible for the massacre, not to mention he brought in terrorists with the help by america.

Fact:
1: Slobodan Milosevic was never found guilty and no one was able to prove that while he was in Tribunal in The Hague. Unable to find evidence, they murdered him.
2: Vojislav Seselj is 3013th day locked up and STILL not found guilty on any charge. All witnesses found to be false and lying. They cannot murder him because he exposed all methods of assassination.
3: The Hague will not find any single evidence on Mladic because there isn't any.

Situations like these are alot more complicated than you realise, mister patriot. It takes a really high knowledge of tactics and political subversion to even scratch the surface. This is why I'm not going to bother boring you guys with the details. Those who want to deny it will and as a result of that, it would be lost in the shuffle anyways. Always happens. Anyways....It bothers me that Canadian involvement in the peacekeeping mission there is always dumbed down. If we weren't there it would have been alot worse. Both my old CO and XO served in the Medak Pocket and you wouldn't believe what they tried to do to save the people from slaughter.

Agent_USA_Supporter......as my respected foe on ATS......in this case...unfortunately I have to agree with you and support you.

Many, many people in the west do not have a clue what sort of War this was. Unless you had family directly involved/experience it and got first hand accounts of what happened you will not truly understand the barbaric and inhuman nature of man against man that this war brought out. And Im not just speaking about Bosnia, also Croatia.

The war between Serbia and Croatia seems to get hidden alot inm the background of the Srebrenica/Bosnia affair. I put them all in the one pot.

Yugoslavia was during Tito's reign a very strong nation economically and militarily. Many ethnic cultures of various diversities lived alongside one another happily without any problems for decades. The West couldnt handle a eastward leaning country in the heart of Europe...tie that also in with the fact that the US was going to be pulling out of Germany and needed/wanted a base somewhere in Central/South Eatsern Europe (enter Kosovo into the equation)

Even thou Yugoslavia was communist by name, it was a different kind of socialism compared to Russia. And this posed a threat to TPTB.

The Slavic people of the balkans regardless of ethnicity are all very proud people....but the way this war went on it brought out the very worst in humanity since WW2.

People had 5 minutes to leave their homes or die...some were slaughtered infront of their families for looking the wrong way at incoming paramilitaries that were forcing them out. The majority of the crimes against humanity were done by state sponsored paramilitiaries.

I seen home made video footage of bodies lying on the sides of the road that were smuggled out.....axe wounds to the heads and bodies as both side of the paramilitaries went through village by village.

Unborn children were being cut out of their mothers wombs and kicked around. This really was the sickest side of humanity, no, let me rephrase that....MAN that could be.

EDIT: Let me just add here....why hasn' the RED CROSS been held accountable for their part in the massacre of males in the Croatian town of Vukovar? Ive waatched a home made video that someone made where you can clearly see and hear the Serbian commander discussing with RED CROSS officials the evacuation of the local hospital. Women and children one way, men and younger males the other way. The males were all led to a remote barn on a farm and all slaughtered afterwards. RED CROSS was complicit in assisting the evacuation of the hospital knowing that there was a high chance of what was about to happen without calling for international help. It was allowed to happen. JustLike Srebrenica.

Izetbegovich, knowingly with the support of the US brought in Mujahadeen fighters from the mideast, fresh from the Afghanistan campaign to support his troops. Like mentioned earlier, why isnt anyone held to account for that?

And regardless of Dutch generals refusing air support or their UN troops to engage the serbs in Srebrenica....how can the ones that were there live with thmeselves now?

Where is the little sense of morality in this immoral war? They should have taken it upon themselves and lead by example, worry bout the consequences later.

I dont beleive anyone here that wasn't directly affected by the wars in the Balkans and is only subscribing to what they read by western media has any right to comment or judge the nature of this war.

This war was dirty, all 3 sides involved were savage animals, the only difference is only one side is being more accountable due to political allegiances.

To all here, please watch the film "Weight of Chains", maybe then you will understand exactly what the breakup of Yugoslavia was all about.

Srebrenica was a false-flag operation to bring the US and NATO into the war. Izetbegovic was told by the US that a massacre of a few thousand people would be sufficient for the West to act. Srebrenica was set up to be that massacre by using Naser Oric and his men. Oric used Srebrenica as a staging ground to attack neighbouring Serb villages and massacre civilians. They managed to kill thousands, all the while retreating to the 'safe haven' of Srebrenica where he couldnt be attacked.

Mladic finally attacked (even Milosevic told him not to), and Oric's men retreated through the woods and at least a few hundred were killed in that retreat. The civilians were left in Srebrenica. Some were sent to Tuzla, some were massacred. The number of people supposedly killed in the massacre, as quoted by the media, includes all people killed in the area whether Serb or Muslim, civilian or mercenary. However, they are all claimed to be muslim, and the criminals all serb.

It is criminal that the kangaroo court in the Hague has been set up to prosecute only those it deems fit, and not the Western leaders who pushed Yugoslavia into war, willing allowed massacres to occur, armed the various republics and happily bombed civilians. Every last one of these power hungry demons should be punished, from all sides and all political affiliations. Collectively they managed to destroy generations of lives.

Lastly, if you wish to see actual video proof of Western media creating false flags against Serbs in Bosnia, the documentary Judgement! is a must watch. It is available on youtube here in a 3 part video:

It demonstrates step-by-step how the photo of a supposed prisoner "fenced in" a supposed death camp was actually a man with an illness who was standing outside a fenced off area in an open refugee camp. Unfortunately for the Western media, they werent the only camera crew there and so we have a rare occasion where media involvement in stoking the embers of war is proven beyond doubt.

I urge everybody to watch that, and then think about whether you can ever believe anything you are told by the powers that be again.
