Terrorism to Terrorist

What has to done to bring terrorism to the terrorist? Is it possible to turn the tables on the Holy Warrioris'?
At the present we are only responding to real or immaginary threats. Would it not be to our advantage to go on the offence and create a form of terror in ther homelands such as Syria?

I'm sure commiting acts of terror against the Syrian people would really make the Middle-East like America! Do not resort to terrorism against civilians to achieve your objectives. Innocent civilians should NEVER be legitimate targets in any conflict.

Hasn't anybody ever heard of the expression : Careful when you fight monsters, lest you yourself become one?

Or "Look not too deeply into the abyss for while you look into it, it looks into you".

If you start using "terrorism tactics" then they've won. (Of course, not that the USA hasn't used terrorism for decades, but they don't say it officially.)
