Ham loaf (to use up Easter ham) and my special sauce (that I also use on meat loaf), mashed potatoes and country gravy (also left over from earlier this week), green beans w/ bacon. Guess it's made-over leftover night!

Pork loin cooked on the grill and potato salad. Easy and good.

Probably a beer and a decent cigar afterwards as it's my day off.

yeah, not really my dinner of choice, but after the government shut down the poker sites i have no income, and live in vegas where there are no jobs...hence my blaming the government for my sh!tty present state...

Hey friend... need a job? Maybe I can help. Rural Colorado, a few jobs here. Most are no special skills required, just common sense. Send me a message if you are interested,

Sorry for off topic post.

Had a rather simple meal as usual.

2. Nori (seaweed)
3. Miso soup
4. Marlin sashimi
5. Green tea
Prefer light simple meals.

For today's dinner...

I had a hamburger... cooked then fried on the stove...
with onions, cheese, mayo, pickles...

I was out of Bacon... so I microwaved 6 pepperoni for about 45 seconds...
until crisp...

Keep that in mind... bacon substitute is pepperoni crispy!
it tastes about the same!

I'm off my food at the moment and I'm struggling to eat.

Tonight I had some risotto with a banana for pudding.

Tomorrow night it will probably be banana sandwiches - and that's all I've got planned for the next few days, unless I can manage a plate of potatoes.

It was finally a half decent day weather wise so I did some grilled potatoes, zucchini and steak on the bbq. I LOVE to bbq, hate giving the hydro company my hard earned pennies to use the oven! YEEHAW for summertime!

I am having ramen noodles and coffee for dinner. Yes, I'm serious. Yes, I know i need to eat better but it's already ten o clock and I have been caulking, painting and gluing down plank vinyl all day. What a mess that stupid vinyl is! paper doesn't want to come off!

Anyway... I was going to throw a frozen pizza in the oven but I dont think i am even going to have time for that.

If I can get this floor laid down I will treat myself to something better once it's dried.
