It is from a favorite saying of Caligula meaning "Let them hate so long as they fear". Its actually Oderint dum metuant

Thanks this person ended with that written at the bottom after just putting that they were joking and had meant nothing by what they had said earlier. I felt that it meant something or they would not have put it there, they probably did not think that I would follow up. Also you are right I misspelled it when I typed it in.
