I'm afraid i'm with Sky watcher on this, whilst i don't agree with the way he has handled it, a disclosure forum is not needed because we have an aliens and UFO's forum already.

The reason for this is simple, disclosure is not going to happen. Not now and not ever. The only way we are going to know the truth is if aliens actually land on the white house lawn or in buckingham palace.
The reason conspiracist use is that we are not ready to know the truth as it would surley cause instability as a nation and i think we are more unstable now than we were 50 years ago with our car's, microwaves and all in one life style's. UFO's would cause an epidemic of huge proportion's IMO.

Have we forgotten already the documents like Majestic 12.
I thought all that trash was withdrawn from public consumption long ago
until showing up on ATS again.

The all powerful aliens are just a hoax as well as motions of time travel and
curved space because Tesla said he conqured time and space with his 300mps
aircraft.
