Fellow member need your help.

OK I have an assignment to interview and write about role of public administrator (city manager).....I've already have the core questions down....now I need some more questions to expand my wirting.
So you guys can help me by asking questions that you would ask if you were to interview a city manager.
Question about budgeting, managing, ethics, motivation, polictic, policy enforcement, ....etc.
This is an academic paper...so please no E.T., conspiracy, and/or stuff like that.

How much do you take in off the books in bribery etc.

Ask him why the right hand never knows what the left hand is doing, sorry just kidding, but really ,you could ask him questions about communication, like how imporatant it is between him and his collegues, what is the last incident he remembers where there was a breakdown in communication and how did it effect his management skills.
