Differences in Etiquette of Men and Women

I agree with comments that this is mainly due to social conditioning. In my opinion this conditioning is so strong that it becomes what some call ''female intuition''. I can't even count how many times this has been ingrained into my mind, ''be careful'', ''be nice'', and so much more. Yes, you can control it to an extent but if you are bombarded with messages like these, they're going to become your second nature whether you like it or not, your ''female intuition'' if you will. It is a deep subject, a lot of studies out there are just bogus but some do hold water.
