Here is astrometry of an image after Venus entered from the right in the video:

As you can see, the limiting spatial resolution of the widefield HI1 camera is 71.86 arcseconds per pixel, so any numerical difference between detected and predicted below that value is not a true difference. The coordinates Venus was detected at according to this astrometry is 10h 57m 37s, 7d 51' 27"

From STEREO-Behind's point of view, at 23:29:45 UT on December 25th 2010, Venus should have appeared at the coordinates 10h 57m 42s, 7d 51' 30", give or take a couple of arcseconds.

In other words, the image shows the object to be right where Venus should be from STEREO-Behind's perspective. Overlaying this frame with a screen capture from Celestia from the same moment confirms again that this object is Venus:
