I don't know how I worded myself, but why so many people assumed I was confused about the YouTube video! Regardless the story is interesting. If you can only see the objects with Night Vision Goggles what does that imply about the structure of the craft? What does it imply about a man made test?

Anyways if all UFO's are man-made, and we don't get to see them, we sure are getting ripped off as tax payers!
