Sorry for the scattered posts, but I was organizing my Skull and Bones Archive on my computer, and I keep coming across new things that I haven't shared.
This is another clip I had in my library that I had forgotten about. This footage was taken by literary journalist Ron Rosenbaum, who is also an avid investigator of skull and bones. It's actually from the CLASS of 2001 Skull and Bones initiation ceremony.
Check it out here

Very valuable, thanks for sharing that. One thing. How can we be sure that that's ACTUALLY footage of Skull and Bones? Can you verify that in anyway?

That video is pretty heavily messed with for dramatic effect, from the slo-mo pacing to the simulated "night vision" mask over the picture, and contains nothing linking itself to Skull and Bones, or anything else, for that matter.

It uses steady zooms and pans that are somewhat impractical for a hidden camera (unless it was a full-sized rig mounted behind some sort of ingenious disguise), and thus most likely was filmed with the knowledge of the participants.

Frankly, it looks more outtakes from a B-movie than shocking proof of shadowy Skull and Bones rituals.

That said, what I have read from seemingly more reliable sources about the S&B initiation ritual places it as more elaborate and perhaps more invasive than your garden-variety greek-letter initiation, but hardly supernatural in nature.

Presumably there is more to offer from that source?

I don't know if it's just me or what, but it seems not to be working. It says "Real Player can not locate the specified clip."

Well, he never said anything about any supernatural goings on. I don't think many people are disturbed by the skull and bones because of fear of supernatural stuff. It's just that the rituals are macabre in nature, which no doubt reflects to some degree the kind of people involved in it. And many, if not most are leaders and powerful people in our nation. So is it not legitimate to be concerned? I do agree though, that we need more info on that source, otherwise I just can't believe for sure that that's genuine footage. I'm sure echo will help us out.

The same site has this to say about the footage.

www.thememoryhole.org...

>>> Yale's most notorious secret society, Skull and Bones, counts among its members both Presidents Bush, President Taft, William F. Buckley, Henry Luce, Senator John Kerry, and other such types. Literary journalist Ron Rosenbaumwho has been one of the most dogged investigators of the S&Bled a team who secretly filmed one of the shadowy club's initiation ceremonies on 14 April 2001. Not only is this the first and only footage of an S&B ritual, it's also the first one ever to be witnessed by outsiders. [Rosenbaum writes about it here.]

A current Bonesman later tried to discredit the tape, telling Alexandra Robbinsauthor of Secrets of the Tombthat they staged the 3-hour initiation to fool Rosenbaum. "We just wanted to # with that prick," said this jewel of the Eastern Establishment. Right away, the veracity of such an obvious attempt at spin-doctoring is open to question, and this Bonesman may have a little trouble explaining, given his version of events, why the videotaped ritual was almost exactly the same as the ritual from the prior year, which Rosenbaum had secretly audiotaped. [Read more about this here.]

The clip above was part of a story ABC News aired on the footage. The video of the entire story was on the Web for quite a while, but it has recently been removed. Above is the heart of the reportthe actual footage of the Bonesmen.

One word. Freaks!

I'd like to ask again; Is there any way we can verify that that's ACTUAL skull and bones footage? Echo, could you help us out? Or anyone else? It's not that I doubt that it is, but we have to be sure.
