James Bond Volcano Rumbles Back To Life

A Japanese volcano featured in the James Bond film You Only Live Twice has erupted covering surrounding villages with ash.
The Mount Shinomoedake volcano, in southern Japan erupted into life on Wednesday throwing ash almost 5,000ft into the air.

I did a search but couldn't find this so posted.

Seems yet more eruptions around the world are happening. Haven;t seen mention of this one until now and hope that its nothing too serious i.e. the start of something larger.

Great start to 2011 so far, this being one of many 'rumblings' around the world.

Not sure if this is BIG news yet or not. I will certainly be keeping an eye open to things such as this. With the Birds falling out of the sky, Yellowstone taking a deep breath, and other natural events occurring, it does seem as though something is going to happen. Thanks for your post.
