Re-installing/Upgrading Ubuntu while keep your /home directory.

I came across this great tutorial on how to reinstall or upgrade Ubuntu and keep your /home directory. So if your system gets messed up you can reinstall Ubuntu while keeping all your files you downloaded like videos, music, images, etc. It's a great way to upgrade to without losing your files.
